Hydroment® Transputz
Special renders for damp and salt contaminated masonry
The repair of damp masonry and brickwork contaminated by salt deposits invariably poses a great challenge for architects and building contractors. We have developed Hydroment® Transputz, the unique all-in-one concept for rehabilitation and repair of damp and salt-ridden masonry.
Hydroment® Transputz has been on the market for 30 years now. Even though it is a time-proven product, it is still subject to ongoing research and continuing improvement. Round about 14 million square meters of damp brickwork, mainly in Germany, have been successfully repaired and rehabilitated with the use of the Hydroment® line of products.
This great success in day-to-day construction and repair work provides proof that Hydroment® has become widely accepted as a useful and safe method of dealing with damp and salt-ridden masonry. The Hydroment® Transputz line of products (render/plaster for renovation and repair purposes) complies with the new European Standard DIN EN 998-1 for rendering mortar and it carries the CE mark.
