BetonCompound Hydrotherm® SV A (SB)
For fabrication of polystyrene concrete
BetonCompound is a highly concentrated mixture of additives and active substances contained in a solid siliceous carrier material.
This compound in powder form is used to produce polystyrene concrete – which is the base for a line of concrete products which are capable of flowing and of being pumped, and which consist of cement, polystyrene granules, and the BetonCompound Hydrotherm® SV A (SB).
Features in brief
- For horizontal levelling coats with thermal insulation and noise insulation properties on concrete slabs and on other uncoated floor types.
- For insulation in cavity walls, for example in prefabricated cellars and in residential building construction
- For prefabricated sandwich elements and for filling in of prefabricated walls on the construction site.
- For monolithic insulation walls
- Suitable for mobile transport mixers and stationary mixing machines at the prefab factory.
- Building inspection certificate number Z-3.211-905
- Certificate of compliance MPA Stuttgart No. ÜZ-BWU03-I 11.18.3
Technical properties
Depending on formulation, polystyrene concretes produced with Hydrotherm® SV A (SB) have the following technical properties:
